Dynojet Tuning Link Software

The Dynojet Tuning Link software is a specialist add-on available only to authorized Dynojet Tuning Centers to automatically optimize the fuel curve of a motorcycle by interfacing its Power Commander with a Model 250i Load Control Dynamometer. 

The Tuning Link software simultaneously controls the Dynomometer and the Power Commander. It monitors the current air/fuel ratio at over 140 different points.

In real time, the Tuning Link calculates the correct fuel adjustment to achieve the desired air/fuel ratio and uploads these new values to the Power Commander while saving a copy to file.

Tuning Link has the ability to map fuel curves in both "static" and "dynamic" modes, assuring that the generated fuel curves are correct for both steady state cruising as well as during aggressive on/off throttle movements, allowing optmization of the bike in a very short time, regardless of the bike's modifications.

Tuning Link is compatible with any Power Commander III or Power Commander IIIr equipped motorcycle.

Power Commanders for Harleys

We install Dynojet Power Commanders for fuel-injected Harley-Davidsons. It has been our experience that they work well with stages 1, 2, or 3 Harley kits.

Chassis Dyno Tuning

We are a certified Power Commander Fuel-Injection Tuning Center. Our mobile dyno is custom designed around the Dynojet Model 250 Chassis dynomometer. This industry standard dyno is the ultimate tool in performance tuning and diagnostic testing. It allows us to identify areas of performance loss, tune motorcycles to achieve maximum horsepower from stock components, and adjust carburetion and fuel-injection when adding aftermarket products.
